Thank You!

40 years and going strong !  A touch of Prickly Passion, a perfect summer evening, the streets lined with people from near and far, enthusiastic participants and a dedicated team of volunteers were  just the right ingredients for a successful Parade!

On behalf of the Dundas Cactus Parade Committee I extend our sincere thanks to all participants, volunteers, marshals, escorts, security, banner carriers, photographers, Community of Dundas / City of Hamilton work crews, the police, and Dundas businesses.

Special thanks to Ruthlyn, Rita May & Duncan Graham, Sonia & Adrian Obrien, , Jeff Gowland, Arlene MacFarlane, Patricia Alderson, Charmaine Mitchell, and Gerri MacPhail for all their efforts in preparation of this much loved community event.

Thank you to Crossroads, Cruickshanks, Grisdales, Hired Hands, and Hamilton Conservation for their continued support as well as the Dofasco Orange Team plus Courtney Workman and all the enthusiastic Columbia College students that carried the banners in the Parade.

Thank you to Milica Pavlica, Steve Barton, the Team of Toonie Collectors and Team Scotia, and to everyone for their generous donations.  The Toonies collected pay the great bands that join us each year in the Parade.

Thank you to all of our sponsors and donors, and to Deb Downey for their generous and continued support.

A very special thanks to Zinger Web Design for creating and managing our new web site.

2016 will be the 41st anniversary of this event. Let’s see what the next decade will bring!   We welcome new volunteers to grow with us. Call Donna at 905 628-0838 or visit our website at www.dundascactusparade.com.

Thank you
